Fathoms is sold by Apple. Refunds go through Apple. Here's how.

Fathoms is sold exclusively through the Apple App Store. Apple processes the purchase; Apple holds the money; Apple issues refunds. Techniciti SARL never handles your payment and cannot refund you directly.
How to request a refund
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you used to buy Fathoms. Find the Fathoms purchase and click "Report a Problem". Explain the reason. Apple reviews each request on a case-by-case basis.
You will need:
- Your Apple ID
- The purchase receipt Apple emailed you
- A brief reason for the refund
When Apple usually refunds
Apple's published guidance says you may be eligible if:
- The app does not work as described
- The purchase was accidental
- The purchase was unauthorised
- Other circumstances as determined by Apple
Refund decisions are Apple's alone. We have no influence over the outcome.
After a refund
If Apple approves your refund, your access to Fathoms will be revoked through the normal App Store process. Any stats, streak, or saved game stored on your device remains on your device until you delete the app.
If there's a bug
If the reason for your refund is a bug or a problem with the game, we'd like to know. Email support@techniciti.eu with a description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot. Apple will still handle the refund, but we can fix the underlying problem for everyone else.
